The depicted modular plug-and-connect system serves as a proof of concept piece, designed to explore the extent to which a building block system consisting solely of plug connections can be utilized to create objects and spaces within an exhibition context. Initially developed for the exhibition 'Große Körper Kleine Räume,' this system was employed to construct three exhibition spaces tailored to the specific needs of individual artistic works using the plug-and-connect system. Beyond its practical function, the modular system also serves as a tool for aesthetic learning and playful exploration of the relationship between form and space. It can assist both young and older players in enhancing their spatial cognition and inspiring three-dimensional creative work.
